When you enroll, you enroll for a month (4 weeks), and you choose the number of emails you'd like to receive during that time. If you sign up for 4 sessions, you'll receive an email approximately once each week; if you sign up for 8 sessions, you'll receive an email approximately twice per week; and if you like to sign up for 12 session, you'll receive an email approximately three times per week. Later, if you'd like to enroll for another month, you'll simply come back to this page and pay for the number of sessions you'd like in the next month.
